If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us at info@aa-beauty.eu within 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number in the message.

We accept returns of unused or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may take up to 21 working days to appear in your account.

- Orders up to €50.00: €5.00
- Orders €50.00 and above: Free
Zone 2 EU + USA (France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Latvia, Portugal, Finland, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Monaco, San Marino, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg):
- Orders up to €75.00: €12.00
- Orders €75.00 and above: Free
North America & UAE
(United Arab Emirates, Canada, United States):
- Orders up to €75.00: €12.00
